Change is a process within you – and therefore within your company. We support this process with deep talks and coaching.

What is the thinver Health Check?
A review of your company in four areas: people, technology, suppliers and customers. In four steps we analyse the current status, evaluate it with key facts, advise measures to adjust and, if you wish, drive the change with you.
Who performs the checks?
We do. The checks are partly automated and performed by thinver individually for your company, not by you. They are based on your input from short conversations and existing documents.
How much effort is the Health Check for me?
Very little. You provide the input, in short conversations and with documents you already have. Research, checks, evaluation and preparation are on us.
What do you check for suppliers and customers?
For suppliers we look at sites and locations, regulations, geopolitics, resilience and dependencies, with a supplier check and, if needed, qualifying new suppliers. For customers we look at resilience, dependencies, revenue share by product and other key facts, with the aim of developing customers and markets and minimizing risk.
Does thinver also implement the results?
Yes, if needed. After the evaluation you decide whether and in which areas we support you with implementation, for example with coaching, qualifying new suppliers or customer and market development.
Why does the Health Check start with people?
Because change starts with people. Technology, suppliers and customers only change for good when employees and leadership come along. That is why evaluation, deep talks and coaching are a fixed part of the Health Check.
